Spirulina

What is the spirulina?

Spirulina is a spiral-shaped microalgae that lives in an aquatic environment, essentially known for its high nutrient concentration. It is rich in proteins, amino acids, beta-carotene, chlorophyll and fiber. It can bring benefits such as antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, effectiveness against anemia, blood pressure reduction or cholesterol control and triglycerides.

How is it obtained?
