Returns and Exchanges

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If these 30 days pass since your purchase, we will not be able to give you a full refund or exchange.

To be entitled to a return, the product must be unused and under the same conditions as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we request a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, we ask that you first check your bank account again.

Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return freight cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time of the exchanged product may vary.

If you are returning more expensive products, consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your product returned.
